Third-party services and libraries

1. Google AdMob

Our apps, which are available to download and use free of charge, contain Google AdMob to support the development. Their applicable privacy policy can be found at: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Additional supplemental information/explanation is available at: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. For instance (please still refer to their privacy policy, which prevails in any case over the following summary); Google AdMob may collect, transmit, and/or use cookies, advertising identifier, device information (e.g. type, operating system, settings), network information, application version number, and interaction with their services (e.g. ad views or interaction). These are used for Google AdMob to function, and provide better and safer services, including but not limited to preventing ad frauds. Google AdMob may also use them to tailor ads. Their secure data handling procedures, such as use of encryption while data is in transit, and instructions on how to export, update, remove, or delete your data, are also provided in their privacy policy.

If you are in the EU, you also have the choice of opting-in to or opting-out from Google AdMob's ad tailoring using cookies, advertising identifier, and/or other data, within our apps; as required by the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

In California, AdMob's data processing will be automatically restricted on our apps, such that it will only show non-personalized or generic ads, in order to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Additionally; regardless of your location, but if the option is made available to you by Google, advertising settings (including opting-in to or opting-out from ad tailoring/personalization) can also be changed at: https://www.google.com/settings/u/0/ads/authenticated.

2. Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)

The Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) is used in our apps, complementing AdMob, in order to determine required consents and collect any required consents for AdMob to operate. The applicable privacy policy can be found at: https://policies.google.com/privacy. For instance (please still refer to their privacy policy, which prevails in any case over the following summary); the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) may collect, transmit, and/or use cookies, advertising identifier, limited device and network information, application information, interaction with the User Messaging Platform (UMP) form, and consent information. Their secure data handling procedures, such as use of encryption while data is in transit, and instructions on how to export, update, remove, or delete your data, are provided in their privacy policy.
